In 1959, E.H. Porter formed Indiana Steel Fabricating, Inc. in a 3,000 square foot facility on Indianapolis' south side. In the early years, Indiana Steel Fabricating, Inc. primarily served the pre-fabricated home industry. The company quickly began to grow and expanded our product range to include structural steel beams, columns, reinforcing mesh, anchor bolts, expansion joints, and polyethelene vapor barriers.

Since our inception, Indiana Steel Fabricating, Inc. has continued to meet the changing needs of our customers and has strived to be an industry leader in the fabrication of structural and reinforcing steel by providing the highest quality of service. Relying on our experience, knowlege, and creativity, Indiana Steel Fabricating, Inc. has been providing structural and reinforcing steel for commercial, industrial, and retail construction projects for over 50 years.
